12-Location Staff Enablement Rollout
How do you get 12 locations to deliver the same program consistently?
By giving every location the same approved source of truth and training people on the conversation they will actually have. This rollout covered staff enablement, training materials, consultative sales guidance, objection handling, and manager coaching across 12 locations, and produced 2,200+ point-of-sale opt-ins in the first four days with 99% SMS marketing consent.
The problem
A new loyalty and membership program required consistent employee understanding and customer communication across 12 locations, with shift-based staff and limited time to train.
What was delivered
- Staff enablement across all 12 locations
- Training materials built around the real point-of-sale conversation
- Consultative sales guidance and objection handling
- Manager coaching to reinforce the program after launch
- One approved source of truth for program rules
Result
- 2,200+ point-of-sale opt-ins in the first four days
- 99% SMS marketing consent among those opt-ins
Why enablement decided the outcome
The platform mattered less than whether an employee could explain the program in one sentence and answer the first objection. Standardizing that conversation, and giving managers a way to reinforce it, is what produced consistency across locations.
Scope note
This was staff enablement, training, and program rollout work. The loyalty platform itself was a vendor technology; it was not personally coded or developed by me.
