How the rebuild works
We start from the workbooks you already trust. Approved historical files become the source of truth for recurring classifications and allocations, so the workflow reproduces decisions your team already made rather than inventing new logic. Inputs get standardized column structures and naming so consolidation stops breaking. Outputs get a fixed layout so month-over-month comparison is possible without rework.
Anything the workflow is unsure about is flagged rather than guessed. The reviewer sees a short exception list instead of re-checking every row.
